Softball Recap: Addison Trail Blazers vs. Downers Grove South Mustangs
Addison Trail extended their losing streak to four on Tuesday, dropping them down to 1-9. They lost 8-1 to the Downers Grove South Mustangs. The Blazers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2025.
As for Downers Grove South, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4. Eight seems to be a good number for them as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.
