Softball Recap: New Bloomfield Wildcats vs. Iberia Rangers
After flying high against South Callaway last Thursday, New Bloomfield came back down to earth. The New Bloomfield Wildcats fell just short of the Iberia Rangers by a score of 4-3 on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 5-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September.
New Bloomfield's defeat dropped their record down to 17-13. As for Iberia, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-5.
As of now, neither New Bloomfield nor Iberia have any future games scheduled.
