Baseball Recap: Fremont Comes Up Short

Fremont came into this matchup off a tough six-run defeat on Saturday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the East Noble Knights by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Fremont saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cayden Hufnagle, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

Fremont's defeat dropped their record down to 15-13. As for East Noble, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Fremont nor East Noble have any future games scheduled.
