Volleyball Recap: Hammond Bishop Noll Comes Up Short

Hammond Bishop Noll lost against Munster back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors came up short against the Mustangs, falling 3-0. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Hammond Bishop Noll was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-19, 25-19.

Akinjide Olaoye paced Hammond Bishop Noll's offense, picking up eight kills. Olaoye got some help from Zebediah Zuckley and his 17 assists.

Munster can attribute much of their success to Richard Andrzejewski, who had 19 digs and one assist. Andrzejewski is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 12 or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Hammond Bishop Noll's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Munster, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7.

Hammond Bishop Noll has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Illiana Christian on the 21st. As for Munster, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Zionsville on the 19th.
