Volleyball Recap: Kingdom Christian Wins Going Away Against Ohio E

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mars Hill Academy, Kingdom Christian was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Ohio E Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

One reason for the win was Kingdom Christian's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-11, 25-8.

Ellie Arnold was the offensive standout of the match as she had three aces.

Arnold wasn't the only good server: Kingdom Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 23 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

Kingdom Christian's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Ohio E, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Kingdom Christian has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Harlan Christian on the 5th. As for Ohio E, they will venture away from home to face off against Bowling Green Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
