Kylie Morton posted a new career-high in runs on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, she turned in her biggest game of the season, going a perfect 4-for-4 with five runs, two stolen bases, and five RBI. She also hit a triple, marking her first of the season.

Morton's strong effort led Portola over Maxwell and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Tigers have some work to do to even out the 1-8 series between these two since May of 2017, but a win here would be a good start.
