Jesuit has gone 7-1 against Southridge recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Crusaders will square off against the Skyhawks at 7:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Jesuit is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Oregon's top teams: Beaverton, who was ranked seventh at the time (Jesuit was ranked 24th). The Crusaders fell just short of the Beavers by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. The shutout was out of character for Jesuit seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in August.

Meanwhile, Southridge has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 19. They came up short against Mountainside on Thursday, falling 4-1.

Southridge's loss dropped their record down to 2-8-2. As for Jesuit, they now have a losing record of 4-5-4.

Everything went Jesuit's way against Southridge in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Jesuit made off with a 7-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Crusaders since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
