Basketball Game Preview: Lexington Minutemen vs. New Philadelphia Quakers

The Lexington Minutemen are taking a road trip to square off against the New Philadelphia Quakers at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Lexington's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.

Last Saturday, Lexington earned a 55-42 victory over Dover.

Meanwhile, New Philadelphia suffered their closest defeat since January 5th on Tuesday. They fell just short of Marietta by a score of 59-56. The Quakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

New Philadelphia's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Lexington, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Lexington was able to grind out a solid victory over New Philadelphia in their previous matchup back in February, winning 57-47. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lexington since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
