Navarro is 9-1 against Cuero since October of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Panthers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Gobblers at 6:15 p.m. Cuero took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Navarro, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Navarro made easy work of Gonzales and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Apaches: they've now won four in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Navarro was: they took every set by at least 25 points. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Meanwhile, Cuero lost 3-0 to La Vernia on Tuesday. The Gobblers have struggled against the Bears recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-16, 25-9.

Cuero's loss dropped their record down to 21-21. As for Navarro, their victory bumped their record up to 20-17.

Navarro beat Cuero 3-1 in their previous meeting two weeks ago. Do the Panthers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Gobblers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
