Football Recap: Bennett County Takes a Loss

Bennett County lost against Lyman back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Warriors took a hard 38-20 fall against the Raiders.

Bennett County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Lyman, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Bennett County will look to defend their home field on Friday against Hill City at 6:00 p.m. The Rangers' defense has only allowed 11.2 points per game this season, so the Warriors' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Lyman, they will head out to square off against Platte/Geddes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Raiders 13, the Black Panthers 12.8) so any points scored will be well earned.
