Basketball Recap: Othello Comes Up Short

Othello lost to Selah back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Huskies received a blow as they fell 89-70 to the Vikings. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (61), the Huskies still had to take the loss.

Othello's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Selah, their victory bumped their record up to 9-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Othello is set to face off against their familiar foe Ellensburg at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Selah will square off against rival Prosser at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
