Soccer Recap: Lexington Comes Up Short

Lexington lost against Lake Catholic back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Minutemen came up short against the Cougars, falling 7-0. Considering the last time Lexington couldn't score was back in August, the team can't take the result too hard.

Lexington's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6-2. As for Lake Catholic, they pushed their record up to 10-1-3 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lexington will face off against Wooster at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lake Catholic, they will challenge Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
