After having lost a blowout in their previous game against South Pasadena, Arcadia was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Burbank Bulldogs 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Apaches, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Arcadia never let Burbank on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 29-27, 25-14, 25-16.

Arcadia's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Burbank, their loss was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Arcadia will face off against rival Burroughs at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Burbank is set to challenge their familiar foe Hoover at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
