Soccer Recap: Bishop Carroll Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Northwest last Thursday, Bishop Carroll came back down to earth. The Golden Eagles took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southeast Golden Buffalo on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Bishop Carroll can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas soccer rankings (they are ranked 27th, while Southeast are ranked third).

Bishop Carroll's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Southeast, their win bumped their record up to 8-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Bishop Carroll is set to challenge their familiar foe Kapaun Mt. Carmel on Thursday. Meanwhile, Southeast will square off against rival South on Thursday.
