Soccer Game Preview: Sheboygan Falls vs. Fond du Lac

The Sheboygan Falls Falcons will venture away from home to face off against the Fond du Lac Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Sheboygan Falls managed to keep up with Sheboygan Christian until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Falcons lost 3-0 to the Eagles.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Fond du Lac duked it out with Ripon on Tuesday. The Cardinals fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-1. Fond du Lac have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Sheboygan Falls' loss dropped their record down to 6-8-2. As for Fond du Lac, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9-3.

Sheboygan Falls came up short against Fond du Lac in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, falling 3-1. Can the Falcons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
