Waterloo's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against LaBrae as they made off with an 8-0 win. Alexis Henry was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Canton Central Catholic entered their tilt with Northwestern on Wednesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Huskies by a score of 2-0. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Canton Central Catholic's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 212th, while Northwestern are ranked 455th).

Waterloo's victory bumped their record up to 12-4-2. As for Canton Central Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 12-3-2.
