Basketball Game Preview: Winter Park Wildcats vs. Freedom Patriots

The Winter Park Wildcats will head out on the road to take on the Freedom Patriots at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Winter Park is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak.

Winter Park saw some tournament action on Monday. They were outmatched by William Blount and fell 53-22.

Ariel Lynn Pham put forth a good effort for the losing side as she posted seven points.

Meanwhile, Freedom ended up a good deal behind Sarasota on Thursday and lost 55-41.

Winter Park's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Freedom, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.

Winter Park strolled past Freedom when the teams last played back in December of 2023 by a score of 40-21. The rematch might be a little tougher for Winter Park since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
