Seek Made His Presence Known in Ludlowe's 30-14 Loss

Cooper Seek continued his hot streak on Saturday by dropping his 13th-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least eight total tackles. He picked up a sack, made 13 total tackles (2.0 for loss), and defended a pass in addition to snagging an interception.

The defeat snapped Ludlowe's winning streak at four games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 3-1 record. Seek and Ludlowe will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Stamford at 1:00 p.m. on October 19th.

Laracca Came Up Big in Mcmahon's 48-0 Victory

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Saturday Lorenzo Laracca stepped things up a notch to give McMahon the 'W'. Laracca turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 160 yards and four touchdowns on only nine passes.

The victory got McMahon back to even at 2-2. Laracca and McMahon will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Trumbull at 7:00 p.m. on October 18th.

Smith Posts Huge Game in 30-14 Win

New Canaan found a leader in Michael Smith as the team took down Ludlowe on Saturday. Smith was unstoppable, making 13 total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defending three passes in addition to snagging an interception.

Smith must have Ludlowe's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Smith saw the Falcons), he made nine total tackles.

Liam Bond Dazzles in Ludlowe Loss

The second Ludlowe player making an appearance here is Liam Bond, and for good reason. He rushed for 30 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 84 receiving yards.

This season, Bond has averaged 27 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to four.
