Volleyball Recap: Belpre Comes Up Short

Belpre was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They came up short against the Caldwell Redskins, falling 3-0. If the Golden Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Redskins when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-7, 25-14.

Belpre's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Caldwell, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Belpre has already played their next contest (against Waterford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Caldwell, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Fort Frye on the 10th.
