Watters came up big in Kenwood's 59-29 victory
In one of her most outstanding performances to date, Diamond Watters dropped a double-double on 25 points and 17 rebounds, making Wednesday's game her highest-scoring outing yet this season. As if that's not impressive enough, the game was her fourth in a row with 15 or more points. On the season, Watters has averaged 16.9 points, 4.2 blocks, and 2.6 steals per match.
Watters and Kenwood will head out on the road to take on Woodlawn at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Watters hasn't had any trouble running up the score (she's averaged 16.9 per game this season), but it's looking like he'll have his work cut out for him against Woodlawn's dominant defense.
