Volleyball Recap: Ascend Leadership Turns Things Around After Road Loss + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Ascend Leadership, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Central Carolina Academy Eagles on Tuesday.

Ascend Leadership was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-19, 25-21.

Their offense was headlined by Bella Browning and Lola Walls, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Ella Canoy and her seven assists. Walls was also solid from the service line: she led the team with 11 aces.

Ascend Leadership's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Central Carolina Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-9.

Ascend Leadership has already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against River Mill on the 10th. As for Central Carolina Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Clover Garden School on the 11th.
