Grace Prep waltzed into their game on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 56-55 W against the Douglass Trojans.

Grace Prep got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jaiden Lowe out in front who shot 63% from the field en route to 12 points and three steals. Lowe is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 40% in the last three games he's played. Mj Boyd was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Grace Prep's win bumped their record up to 8-1.

Looking ahead, Grace Prep will take on Sunset in a tournament on Thursday. As for Douglass, they have already played their next contest, a 47-44 victory against Argyle on the 29th.
