Winning always takes teamwork, but on Saturday Brady Hoover stepped things up a notch to give Spotswood the 'W'. Hoover scored a run and stole three bases while going 1-for-3, which was good enough to set a new career-high in stolen bases.

Looking ahead, Hoover and Spotswood will challenge Western Albemarle at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Spotswood has some work to do to even out the 2-7 series between these two since May of 2017, but a win here would be a good start.
