They hit Lanier County with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from  Merary Carrillo (2),  Brittany Ruelas,  Adamaris Trejo,  and  Ingrid Delgado.
 Meanwhile, Brooks County hadn't done well against Lanier County recently (they were 0-6 in their previous six matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Tuesday. While the  1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was Brooks County who was credited with the  win. Brooks County got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to Lanier County's two. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Brooks County.
 Brooks County's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Atkinson County, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record  this season.
 Atkinson County beat Brooks County by a goal  in their previous meeting  on March 6th, winning  2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Atkinson County since the  squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
