Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wild Rose). They took down the Rosholt Hornets 70-56 on Friday. This was payback for the Wildcats, who suffered a 36-33 loss the last time these two teams met.

Wild Rose has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points per game. As for Rosholt, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wild Rose will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Manawa at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
