Volleyball Recap: Ella Bloss and Kaylen Troup Secure Win for Concord

Concord not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 19, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the South Bend Adams Eagles. The Minutemen were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Eagles, so the Minutemen were just returning the favor.

Concord's got stronger as the match went on, holding South Bend Adams to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-20, 25-18.

Leading Concord to victory were Kaylen Troup and Ella Bloss. Troup had 11 digs and two aces, while Bloss had 18 assists and six digs. That's the most digs Troup has posted over her last six contests.

Concord now has a winning record of 4-3. As for South Bend Adams, they moved to 5-2 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Concord didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Plymouth on the 28th. South Bend Adams has also already played their next matchup (against Elkhart), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
