Volleyball Recap: Victory Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Victory Christian Academy lost against First Baptist Academy two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Chargers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of First Baptist Academy. The Chargers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Victory Christian Academy ultimately came up short, they really made First Baptist Academy work, particularly in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-17, 27-29, 25-4.

Victory Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for First Baptist Academy, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-5.

Victory Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for First Baptist Academy, they will challenge Freeburg at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
