Academy of Notre Dame and Lynn Vo-Tech are an even 4-4 against one another since September of 2015, but not for long. The Lancers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

Academy of Notre Dame lost 3-0 to Dracut on Friday. The Lancers have struggled against the Middies recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

While Academy of Notre Dame was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-10, 25-15.

Meanwhile, Lynn Vo-Tech waltzed into their match on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Knights.

Lynn Vo-Tech never let Northeast Metro RVT on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-7, 25-17.

Lynn Vo-Tech's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Academy of Notre Dame, their loss dropped their record down to 4-9.

Academy of Notre Dame came up short against Lynn Vo-Tech in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 3-1. Can the Lancers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
