Softball Recap: Custer County Cowboys vs. Sidney Eagles

Custer County had lost three straight on the road, but on Friday they dropped their record down to 3-10 to make it four. They fell just short of the Sidney Eagles by a score of 10-8. The Cowboys were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 11-8.

Jacie Chapweske was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, two doubles, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Milee Ingraham, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
