Chilton County has gone a perfect 3-0 against Maplesville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Chilton County Tigers will host the Maplesville Red Devils at 4:30 p.m. Maplesville took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Chilton County, who comes in off a win.
On Saturday, Chilton County needed a bit of extra time to put away Ariton. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Purple Cats 4-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.
Brody Pierce was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Pierce was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-5.
