Volleyball Recap: East Takes a Loss

East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Michael the Archangel Guardians.

East's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10-1. As for St. Michael the Archangel, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

East didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Winnetonka on the 1st. As for St. Michael the Archangel, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Lee's Summit West on the 25th.
