Deshler has gone 8-2 against Lawrence-Nelson recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Deshler Dragons will take on the Lawrence-Nelson Raiders at 7:30 p.m. Deshler is coming into the game hot, having won their last four games.
Last Friday, Deshler didn't have too much trouble with Blue Hill as they won 64-50.

Kaden Kleen went supernova for Deshler, going 8-for-16 en route to 24 points and three steals. Those 24 points gave Kleen a new career-high. Carson Sieber was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 11 points and nine rebounds.
Meanwhile, Lawrence-Nelson entered their tilt with Superior on Friday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 54-47 win over the Wildcats.
Deshler better focus on containing Wyatt Frey and Caden Culbertson as the pair were huge in Lawrence-Nelson's win. Frey dropped a double-double with 18 points and 11 boards, while Culbertson almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds. Frey is on a roll when it comes to boards, as he's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last 12 games he's played. Another player making a difference was Caleb Griffis, who posted six points.
Lawrence-Nelson smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive boards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Superior only pulled down three offensive rebounds.
Lawrence-Nelson's victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-7. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.3 points over those games. As for Deshler, their record now sits at 14-7.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Deshler has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 28 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Lawrence-Nelson struggles in that department as they've been averaging 33 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
