Scotia-Glenville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 58-53 heartbreaker at the hands of the Johnstown Sir Bills. One positive for the Tartans, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Scotia-Glenville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Johnstown, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Scotia-Glenville will face off against South Glens Falls at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Johnstown, they will square off against Galway at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Johnstown is facing Galway at the right time seeing as Galway is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
