Baseball Recap: Central Bucks West Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Central Bucks West was the 6-0 winner over Pennridge when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bucks fell just short of the Rams by a score of 5-4 on Tuesday.

Gavin Shiffler made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run. Another player making a difference was Jack Hogenauer, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Central Bucks West's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-2. As for Pennridge, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 4-3.

While Central Bucks West had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
