Soccer Recap: Orchard View Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Orchard View challenged Montague on Monday. The Cardinals came up short against the Wildcats, falling 9-1. Orchard View haven't had much luck with Montague recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Orchard View's loss dropped their record down to 0-12-1. As for Montague, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Orchard View will square off against Shelby at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Montague, they will head out to square off against Whitehall at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. Montague will be up against Whitehall's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.43 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
