Volleyball Game Preview: Enloe Eagles vs. Wakefield Wolverines + How To Watch

Enloe hasn't had much luck against Wakefield recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Eagles will challenge the Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Enloe and Broughton had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Capitals on Thursday.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Broughton scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-19, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Wakefield came up short against Leesville Road on Thursday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Wolverines in their meetings with the Pride: they've now lost three in a row.

Wakefield took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-17, 25-18.

Enloe's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Wakefield, their loss dropped their record down to 11-10.

Enloe suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Wakefield in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
