Baseball Recap: Lakeside Eagles vs. Almira-Coulee-Hartline Warriors
There's no place like home for Lakeside, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They never let the Almira-Coulee-Hartline Warriors get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Thursday. The Eagles not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since May 7, 2024 (when they won 14-4).
Not much got past Cy Reeves, who gave up just a hit and racked up eight Ks to keep Almira-Coulee-Hartline off the board. Reeves also tossed no walks, which is notable because Lakeside is 2-1 when he allows at most two walks, but 2-6 otherwise.
