Redmond has gone 8-2 against Bend recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Redmond Panthers will look to defend their home court against the Bend Lava Bears at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Redmond's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games.

Last Monday, Redmond beat Ridgeview 56-49. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 35th, while the Ravens are ranked 102nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Bend came up short against Summit on Monday and fell 62-53. The Lava Bears have struggled against the Storm recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Bend's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-7. As for Redmond, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Redmond was able to grind out a solid win over Bend in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, winning 73-64. Does Redmond have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bend turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
