Brandon Valley had won five straight home games and Mya VanWesten did her part to make it six on Tuesday. The Lynx came out on top against the Mitchell Kernels by a score of 3-1 for which the team can thank VanWesten, who had 20 digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 23-25, 25-13, 25-17.

When it comes to explaining why Mitchell lost, don't look at Kenna Soulek. Despite the final result, she had 13 digs and four assists.

Brandon Valley's win bumped their record up to 23-3. As for Mitchell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-8.
