Reese Niemier gave up the fewest earned runs she has since back in March on Saturday. As a matter of fact, she turned in her biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out eight over 4.2 innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up a single walk in three consecutive appearances.
