Football Game Preview: Christ School vs. Victory Christian Center

If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Christ School. They will take on Victory Christian Center at home at 5:00 PM on Friday. Christ School are cruising in on a three-game winning streak while Victory Christian Center are stumbling in off of four consecutive losses.

Last Friday, Christ School put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season. They made easy work of SouthLake Christian Academy and carried off a 56-27 win. No one put up better numbers for Christ School than junior Navy Shuler, who brought his A game into the match. He passed for 430 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Victory Christian Center ended up forfeiting their game against Trinity Christian 0-2.

Christ School's victory lifted them to 4-1 while Victory Christian Center's defeat dropped them down to 0-4. We'll see if Victory Christian Center are able to find more success (and make for a more exciting contest than their last) when the teams meet up.
