             Lawrenceburg has gone 10-0 against Rushville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Saturday. The Lawrenceburg Tigers are taking a road trip to  challenge the Rushville Lions  at 10:00  a.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Lawrenceburg has seven straight  victories, Rushville has four straight  losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
 Lawrenceburg's defense heads into the  game  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Franklin County as Lawrenceburg made off with  a  4-0 win. Considering the Tigers have won five contests by more than two  goals this season, Wednesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 They hit Franklin County with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from 
 Ava Merkel, 
 Reagan Cecil, and 
 Morgan Manford.
 Meanwhile, Rushville scored the most  goals they've had all season  on Wednesday, but it wasn't enough. They lost  4-1 to Triton Central. The  matchup was a close  1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Lions it sure didn't stay that way.
 Lawrenceburg's victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Rushville, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
 Lawrenceburg took their  win against Rushville  in their previous matchup  back in September of 2023 by a conclusive  10-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lawrenceburg since the  squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
