Baseball Game Preview: Racine Horlick Rebels vs. Racine Case Eagles

The Racine Horlick Rebels will venture away from home to square off against the Racine Case Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither Racine Horlick nor Racine Case posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Racine Horlick and Indian Trail, and Indian Trail kept the tradition alive. The Rebels fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 1-0 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Racine Case was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against Franklin, falling 8-0.

Racine Horlick has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-10 record this season. As for Racine Case, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-12.

Racine Horlick couldn't quite get it done against Racine Case in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 as they fell 5-0. Can the Rebels avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
