Volleyball Recap: James Island Trojans vs. Hanahan Hawks

On Saturday, the James Island Trojans didn't have quite enough to beat the Hanahan Hawks and fell 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, James Island sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 23-25, 15-5.

Meilani Wijetunga was the offensive standout of the game as she had 16 digs. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in the last four games she's played dating back to last season.
