Baseball Recap: Parlier Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Parlier took on McFarland on Saturday. The Parlier Panthers came up short against the McFarland Cougars, falling 8-2. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cougars apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2017.

Parlier moved to 3-1 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for McFarland, their record is now 2-0-1.
