Basketball Recap: Center Hill Takes a Loss

It was a good run, but Center Hill unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Saturday. They were outmatched by the Overton Wolverines and fell 58-28. Having soared to a lofty 55 points in the game before, the Mustangs couldn't push the score so high this time.

Center Hill now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Overton, their win bumped their record up to 6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Center Hill will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Pearl at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Overton and Center Hill will round out the year against one another at at 4:30 p.m. on December 30th.
