Foresthill entered their tilt with Encina on Thursday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Bulldogs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildfires also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 12-25, 25-18, 25-17.

Encina's loss came despite strong showings from Stephanie Hernandez Aguilar and Diana Khalvati. Hernandez Aguilar had 11 digs and one assist, while Khalvati had nine digs and four assists.

Foresthill's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Encina, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Foresthill will welcome Sacramento Waldorf at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Encina, they will challenge Adventure Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
