Softball Recap: Eagan Extends Winning Streak to Three

Eagan had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 6-2 victory over the Lakeville North Panthers. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against the Panthers on April 8th, they had to take a 8-1 loss.

Lilly Whipple spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on 11 hits and racked up six Ks. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
