Basketball Recap: Seaside Takes a Loss

Seaside was the 51-43 winner over Astoria when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Seaside Seagulls fell to the Astoria Fishermen 46-40. The Seagulls have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Seaside's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Astoria, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-7.

Seaside has already played their next matchup (against Tillamook), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Astoria, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 48-46 loss against St. Helens on the 8th.
