Volleyball Game Preview: Central Valley Christian Cavaliers vs. Exeter Monarchs

The Central Valley Christian Cavaliers will head out to face off against the Exeter Monarchs at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Central Valley Christian will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.

On Thursday, Central Valley Christian got the win against Immanuel by a conclusive 3-0.

While Central Valley Christian might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Immanuel scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-18, 28-26.

Meanwhile, Exeter didn't have quite enough to beat Hoover on Saturday and fell 1-0.

Exeter has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 11 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season. As for Central Valley Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 24-6.

Everything went Central Valley Christian's way against Exeter when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Central Valley Christian made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Cavaliers repeat their success, or do the Monarchs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
